Sunshine’s Macro Monday #18

On days when I cannot get out on the trails for a hike, it is fun to go through some of my older pics and compare them to what I am doing today.  Sometimes, I am surprised that I got an occasional decent shot.  Often, I am humbled by what I thought was a “good” shot.

My entry for this week is a green bottle fly shot back in 2015, when I first starting playing with macro photography.  Yes, for me photography is enjoyed way too much to consider it work.

  2. It takes a macro to really show their brown eyes – so different from ours. I’ve been amazed by looking at bees’ eyes recently. My sweetheart had an African blue basil this year that has attracted lots of big ones.
